Add Items Being Returned to a Return Document


The following video explains how you add stock items to the customer return once it has been created, see How To Create a New Customer Return. There are step-by-step instructions below the video.


  1. Open the return.
  2. Click on the + New button.
  3. In the stock lookup find and select the stock items being returned.
  4. Double click on the selected items to add them to the grid.
  5. Change the quantities of the items as required.
