Add Items Being Returned to a Return Document
Overview
The following video explains how you add stock items to the customer return once it has been created, see How To Create a New Customer Return. There are step-by-step instructions below the video.
Steps
- Open the return.
- Click on the + New button.
- In the stock lookup find and select the stock items being returned.
- Double click on the selected items to add them to the grid.
- Change the quantities of the items as required.
