Create a Return from a Sales Order
Overview
This video shows you how to create a new customer return from a sales order. Other videos show you how to process your return. A step by step guide can be found below the video.
Steps
- Go to the original Sales order.
- Select the item(s) that are to be returned.
- Click Actions then click Create Customer Return Note.
- This action will create and open the return note.
- Confirm the quantities that are being returned for each item in the grid.
- Enter a return reason, these are set up in System Data.
- Save the Return, this is now ready for processing.
