Create a Return from a Sales Order

Overview  

This video shows you how to create a new customer return from a sales order. Other videos show you how to process your return. A step by step guide can be found below the video.



Steps 

  1. Go to the original Sales order.
  2. Select the item(s) that are to be returned.
  3. Click Actions then click Create Customer Return Note.
    1. This action will create and open the return note.
  4. Confirm the quantities that are being returned for each item in the grid.
  5. Enter a return reason, these are set up in System Data.
  6. Save the Return, this is now ready for processing.
