Client Query - Incorrect Service has been used when an invoice has been sent to DPD
Problem
When the invoice is being presented to the courier, the service you have selected for shipping in Khaos Control is not the same as that which the courier is using.
Solution
Please make sure the network code differs for each courier configuration in [System Setup | System Data | Couriers] using Actions, Courier Configuration.
Notes: A list of the latest Network/Service codes can be obtained from your courier.
