Client Query - Delivery Rates not being Applied
Problem
When creating a new sales order, my delivery rates table does not seem to be getting used.
Solution
This commonly occurs due to 'gaps' in the condition values of the Delivery Rates table.
When setting up the delivery rates table it is essential there are no gaps between the value ranges, for example setting a Weight High of 2 will also require another row where the Weight Low is 2.01 for orders exceeding it.
