Client Query - Consignment ref not being sent to my channel

Question

Consignment references are not being sent up to my channel.

Solution

This will only happen once the order has had its shipment confirmed and the consignment reference has been registered against the order.

The movement of the order from Shipping to Issue, will cause KCC to send the tracking details to the channel.

Channels with the Don't Upload Order Status setting enabled, will not upload any tracking details.
For Click and Drop courier integrations the above process will take in excess of 15 minutes following postage confirmation in your Click & Drop account. During this time the order will be highlighted in orange within the Shipping stage of Sales Invoice Manager. You will need to manually move these orders into Issue NO LESS THAN 15 minutes (preferably an hour) after you have confirmed postage in your Click & Drop account.
