Set Up Data Protection Options


How do your customers and suppliers wish to be contacted? This video explains how you setup your Data Protection options and whether they apply to companies or to individual contacts. There are instructions below the video.


  1. Go to [System Setup | System Data | Data Protection].
  2. Click Edit and if new options are required click +New or you can edit an existing entry.
  3. Edit details as required, the options are:
    1. Description
    2. Applies at Contact level
    3. Applies to the whole Company 
    4. Available for use on the website
    5. Order the options as they appear in the dropdown
  4. When finished click Save Screen.
