Duplicate a Price List

Purpose

If you have a number of price lists sharing much of the same data, you can save time creating them by duplicating the price lists and then making any necessary changes.

How to duplicate a price list:

To duplicate your price list you will need to export the data from an existing price list, make your adjustments, and then reimport.

Exporting your data:

1. Open "Promotions" from the navigation bar.
2. Select "Customer price lists".
3. Select the relevant price list from the drop down.
4. Use the grey cog icon to export the data as a CSV file:

Preparing data for import:

The necessary columns for a price list import are the stock code (header: "STOCK_CODE"), and the prices you wish to apply on the price list, with the header as the name of the price list in the system. You can delete any unnecessary columns prior to import.

Prior to import you will also need to create the price list in the system, so it can then be populated with your import data.
Ensure the name of your price list in the system, and on your column header, are a precise match.

Importing your data:

You can now import in the usual way: Khaos Control Cloud - Data Import Guide.
