Assign a Price List to a Customer
Overview
A customer is entitled to the prices on a Price List if that Price List has been added to a customer record, or the Price List is attached to a Keycode and the customer uses the Keycode on a sales order. This video shows you how you can add a Price List to a customer's record. A step by step guide can be found below the video.
Steps
- Open a Customer Record.
- Go to the Structured Pricing tab.
- Enter Edit mode.
- Select the price list to be allocated in the Price List drop down.
- Click the 'Plus' button to allocate the price list.
- Save the screen.
