Client Query - Why are my customers not showing after being imported?

 Question/Problem 

Customers not showing in the Companies list after being imported?


Resolution/Solution 

The [Company] list is designed to not show customers when first opened, this prevents any lag and complies with GDPR on client data.
Try using any of the search fields and then press enter.
If nothing appears enter a % sign in any of the search fields and press enter - if no results show switch on the supplier toggle to see if customers are inadvertently marked as suppliers.

If the above yields no results:
  1. Type clear all in the command box and press enter. Go to [Companies] and try again.
  2. If still no results try importing your data again.
  3. If the issue persists please email support@khaoscloud.com detailing the issue - please attach the import file you are using to the email as this will greatly assist our support team.
