View Company Communication from Leads Comm Log Screen

Overview  

The Comm Log is where you can add notes about any contact you have had with a customer, whether it is inquiries about products or debt chasing. The entries for all customers can be viewed in one grid, check out the video to see how to do this. A step by step guide can be found below the video.


Steps 

  1. Go to the CRM screen and select Leads/Comm Log.
  2. In the Last Contact Summary grid, double click on the customer whose communication history you wish to see.
  3. A dialog will open showing the full communication history for that customer.
