Delete a Comm Log Entry from within the Comm Log Screen

The following video explains how you can delete a communication log entry in the Leads (Comm Log) screen. Step by step instructions are below the video.


Steps 

  1. Open CRM.
  2. Click on Leads (Comm Log).
  3. Double click on the company you wish to remove the comm log entry for.
  4. Select the row you wish to remove.
  5. Click on the Del button.
  6. Click OK to confirm the changes.
