Creating a New Comm Log Entry from Comm Log Screen

Overview  

The following video explains how you can add a communication log entry in the Leads (Comm Log) screen. Step by step instructions are below the video.


Steps 

  1. Open CRM.
  2. Click on Leads (Comm Log).
  3. Double click on the company you wish to add the comm log entry for.
  4. Click on the + New button.
  5. Select the Contact Type.
  6. Add the description and response as required.
  7. Update the next date and time as required.
  8. Click OK to save the entry.
