Record a Reason Against an Unsuccessful Quote

Overview  

Do you want to record why you failed to convert sales orders into a quotes so you can improve your selling? Then having setup quotation reasons in System Data , you can then add these to unsuccessful quotes and see if there is a pattern for failing to convert. A step by step guide can be found below the video.


Steps 

  1. In CRM Manager , open the Quotes (Opportunities) screen.
  2. Use the Status drop down to filter for unsuccessful quotes.
  3. Enter Edit mode.
  4. Select a reason against the quotation using the drop down in the Reason column. These will need to have been set up in System Data beforehand.
  5. Save the screen.
