Mark Unsuccessful Quote as Pending

Overview  

This video explains how you can change the status of a quotation from unsuccessful to pending, for example if the customer has changed their mind after considering the offer. There are step-by-step instructions below the video.


Steps 

  1. Open the CRM screen.
  2. Click on Opportunities (Quotes).
  3. Change the Status filter to view unsuccessful quotes.
  4. Select the quote you wish to mark as pending.
  5. Click on the Grid Actions button.
  6. Select on the Mark Selected Unsuccessful as Pending.
  7. Click Yes and then Continue in the popup.
  8. Change the status filter back to pending to view the quote.
