Question/Problem: Oversold an item due to incorrect stock level pushed to channel
Answer/Solution: What seems to have happened is the item was created on Shopify after the item was 0 quantity in Khaos Control Cloud(KCC) and it was created with a quantity of 3 on Shopify and becasue the last movement date was back in April. The stock levels were not sent up. In these cases what i would recommend doing if the item already exists in KCC before creating it on Shopify, is to adjust 1 in and out of stock for that stock item after the item has been created on Shopify. So when it matches it will send the levels correctly as it has a new movement date(stock level change). For the stock items it already happened to, i would recommend either editing and saving the stock item in KCC which should send the stock levels or adjust 1 in and out on Khaos Control Cloud which also should update correctly on Shopify.
