My data hasn't imported correctly, can I reimport it?

Resolution/Solution 

Yes! The import feature of Khaos Control Cloud is designed so that you can re-run it as required and it will only update any information that has changed.

Notes/Caveats 

Please Note:
When importing suppliers or customers, unless the COMPANY_CODE is specified on your import file the system will generate a duplicate or, if specified, will be treated as a new contact and address.
These duplicates or extra address and contacts can be merged using the dedupe feature.
Please Note:
When importing Stock Items, The SKU (Stoke_code) is fixed so any future imports made against stock items must use the SKU (Stoke_code).
If you wish to change the Stock Code you will need to delete the previous item.
