Mark Pending Quote as Unsuccessful

Overview

This video explains how you can change the status of a quotation to unsuccessful. There are step-by-step instructions below the video.


Steps 

  1. Open the CRM screen.
  2. Click on Opportunities (Quotes).
  3. Select the quote you wish to mark as unsuccessful.
  4. Click on the Grid Actions button.
  5. Select on the Mark Selected Pending as Unsuccessful.
  6. Click Yes and then Continue in the popup.
  7. The quote will be removed and the statistics will be updated accordingly.
