Mark Pending Quote as Unsuccessful

This video explains how you can change the status of a quotation to unsuccessful. There are step-by-step instructions below the video.
Steps
- Open the CRM screen.
- Click on Opportunities (Quotes).
- Select the quote you wish to mark as unsuccessful.
- Click on the Grid Actions button.
- Select on the Mark Selected Pending as Unsuccessful.
- Click Yes and then Continue in the popup.
- The quote will be removed and the statistics will be updated accordingly.
