Client Query - I've bought Credits but I still can't Log In

Question/Problem 

I bought credits after my account was restricted but I still can't log in.

Resolution/Solution 

This has happened as your monthly service charge invoice was created before you purchased credits. Credits cannot be used to pay an invoice that has already been generated and it is therefore essential if you wish to use credits that these are purchased in advance. You will still need to pay this invoice by card before you will be able to access to your system.
Please Note: You will be billed for all active users each month even if they do not log in to the system.
