Client Query - What's The Billing Cycle for Khaos Control Cloud?

The Admin user is the main KCC user and cannot be removed. This user is intended to be used by the system Administrator and is the only user account included in your monthly licence fee, you are free to rename this user in your Admin Portal if you wish.

Any other users will be billable if marked as active at any time during a billing cycle, no matter how long. So, if your billing cycle starts on the 5th of the month but you deactivate a user on the 7th of the month, you will be billed for the entire period for that user.

Khaos Control Cloud usage is always invoiced in arrears.
