Client Query - Unable to Log In
Problem/Question
I am unable to login to KCC using the email address I registered with.
Solution
If you are trying to access the Khaos Control Cloud system, https://app.khaoscloud.com/, you should login using your Client ID, Username (Usually Admin unless you have altered this) and password. If you are trying to access your Admin Portal, https://portal.khaoscloud.com/ you should log in using your Client ID, email address and password.
If you have forgotten your password click the Forgotten Login Details link at the bottom of the login screen.
