Delete a Comm Log Entry from within the Comm Log Screen

The following video explains how you can delete a communication log entry in the Leads (Comm Log) screen. Step by step instructions are below the video.
Steps
- Open CRM.
- Click on Leads (Comm Log).
- Double click on the company you wish to remove the comm log entry for.
- Select the row you wish to remove.
- Click on the Del button.
- Click OK to confirm the changes.
