Configuring Stock Settings in System Values
Overview
This video describes the settings that you have available to control how your stock records behave in the system. Although this is covered during your initial implementation training, it is worth visiting to ensure that the system is behaving as you require, especially as your business changes and grows. There are step by step instructions below the video.
Steps
- Go to [System Setup | System Values | Stock].
- Click Edit.
- Set the options as required.
- Use the guide here, System Values - Stock Tab, for full details of each option.
- Care should be taken as changes here are system wide and will affect all stock items.
- Click Save Screen.
