Amazon shipping error - requires a shipping date at least one day in advance

Question/Problem 

When assigning to courier the row turns red and and error "Amazon requires a shipping date at least one day in advance. Please edit in the Shipment Dialog." is displayed, why?

 Cause

The error message is stating that the delivery date on the shipment is not far enough in the future. Amazon shipping requires the delivery date of all orders to be at least one day in the future, i.e. tomorrow or later.

Resolution/Solution

To correct this issue:
  1. Move the sales order to the Staging area of [Sales Invoice Manager].
  2. Open the sales order and click Edit.
  3. In the delivery box change the delivery date value to tomorrow or later
  4. Click Save Sales Order.
  5. Move order to Shipping stage of [Sales Invoice Manager].
  6. Confirm shipment for the order again.
  7. Assign the order to the courier as normal.

Amazon Error 412

Question/Problem 

My Amazon channel is not downloading orders and the following error is displayed in the channel - ChannelUpdatedObjects: The remote server returned an error: (412) Precondition Failed.

 Cause

The error message usually means there was a connection error during the sync between Amazon and Khaos Control Cloud. 

Resolution/Solution

If this error persists after 1 hour please email support@khaoscloud.com for assistance.
