Client Query - Why do some Orders Appear Multiple Times in the Customer Services Grid?

Problem/Question 

Orders are appearing multiple times in the Customer Services grid, why?

Solution

Although it appears so, the orders themselves are not duplicated. The grid is split into 3 sections; Sales Order, Invoice(s) and Shipment. Each row details a single shipment, so orders that are part-shipped will appear in the grid multiple times. Below you can see an example of the grid with each section shown in a different colour.
  1. Each row displays:
    1. Order details - the total order value, and the date of the order within the Sales Order section of the grid, this doesn't change no matter how many shipments there are.
    2. Invoice details - the invoice number, the value and the date(s) of the invoice. This row is specific to the individual invoice.
    3. Shipment details - the date of shipping, tracking details, the courier and the delivery address (not shown on the image below). These details are specific to the shipment.
