Client Query - Why are my channel stock levels for move withs incorrect?
Question/Problem
Move with items are not updating stock levels correctly on my channels.
Resolution/Solution
Please make sure Calc Rel Potential option is ticked against the channel stock setup which can be found in [ Channels | Main | Stock ] screen.
Notes/Caveats
After the option has been changed, it will take some time for the system to send correct stock levels, you may wish to in the Stock Item screen mark Stock Items as Changed. If it still doesn't send stock levels up after 2 hours, please contact the support team,
