Import Stock Items from Channel

WARNING

  1. This procedure should not be carried out if you:
    1. Have duplicate stock items
    2. Have stock items with multiple SKUs, variations or options
    3. Have the same stock item on different channels not using the same SKU
Please Note:
  1. We have no control over the quality of data when importing stock items from a channel and many channels do not transfer additional information such as images.
  2. Stock levels will not import from any channel and this is normal system behaviour.
  3. Not all channels support stock import from channel

Configuration

In order to import stock items directly from a channel, you must first integrate with the channel using the relevant guide from here, Channel Integration Guides. Once the channel has been linked proceed with the steps below:

Steps 

  1. Open the channel.
    1. Ensure the Channel Enabled toggle is green by setting it if needed.
  2. Click Actions.
  3. Select Import Stock Items From Channel.
  4. Close channel and wait at least 30 minutes.

Notes/Caveats 

If after 2 hours your stock items are not showing in [Stock Item] please contact support@khaoscloud.com for assistance. However, it is likely you will need to import your stock items using the Data Import feature of the system.

KCC Training team does not recommed this approach to Importing your Stock into the System and would advise using the Import Tool in System Setup instead
