Where can I save delivery instructions so they appear on shipping labels?
Solution
Any special delivery instructions will be taken from either the Courier Note field defined against the delivery address, this can be updated from within the customer record Address & Contact tab or the Picking List Note which can be updated via the CRM tab. If both fields are populated the Courier Note will take priority.
The Courier Note will only apply to orders using that delivery address.
The Picking List Note will apply to all orders where no courier note was present against the delivery address.
