Client Query - Incorrect details entered into Making Tax Digital Authentication

Question/Problem 

The incorrect details have been entered in to the Making Tax Digital Authentication.

Notes/Caveats 

This generally only happens if you are using multiple accounts on Making Tax Digital and have more than one company that you are require to submit a VAT return for.
