Unallocate Stock From a Sales Order in Back Order Manager

Overview  

There maybe times when you wish to unallocate stock from an order, for example to fulfill more urgent orders. The process is described in the video below and there are written instructions beneath:



Steps 

  1. Go to [Despatch | Back Order Manager].
  2. Select the order(s) you wish to unallocate stock from.
  3. Click Actions.
  4. Click Unallocate Stock.
  5. Confirm you wish to unallocate stock from the selected order(s) by clicking Yes.
  6. Enter the quantity of items you wish to unallocate.
  7. Click Continue.
