Create Agents

Overview

Agents can be setup in KCC and can then be linked to sales orders. Agents activity can be reported on in the reports section of the system in the product sales, customer sales and invoice sales tabs.

Usage

  1. In System Setup, open System Data.
  2. Double click on the Agents line to open the table.
  3. Enter Edit Mode.
  4. Use the New button to add a new Agent.
  5. Enter the Agent's name.
  6. Use the Hide column to disable any Agents no longer required.
  7. Save the screen.
