Client Query - The tax point is not changing on an invoice
Question/Problem
Upon changing the delivery date on the invoice, the tax point for the order is not changing / updating.
Resolution/Solution
Once the order is raised and the delivery date is set, the tax point will be set based on the date the invoice is printed. Once this is done changing the delivery date of the order will not alter the tax point.
You can Update Invoices in [Despatch | SIM | Invoicing] Actions then select Update Invoices
