Client Query - Sales Invoices Showing in Wrong Month
Problem/Question
My sales invoices are not being displayed in the reports but are showing in the sales reports.
Solution
The sales reports within KCC are, by default, filtered to show only sales invoices that have been issued to the accounts and will use the issue date for reporting. The accounting within the system will use the invoice date as the tax point and this may be in a different month to when issued.
