Difference between - Retry Download and Retry Import
Overview
When in the Channel's Imported Orders screen and clicking the Orange Grid Action Button there are two option should an order need to be brought back into the system.
Retry Download
Retry Download will try to download the order from our back end (Azure) into Khaos Control Cloud.
Usage
This option should be used if a Sales Order failed and changes have been made in the system to rectify the failure.
E.G Matching criteria missing from the KCC System, which has now been updated against the Stock Item.
Retry Import
Retry import will try to import from the channel, into Azure and then into Khaos Control Cloud.
Usage
This option should be used in specific circumstances such as the order being edited with a change to a stock items, or anything that means the order was changed on the channel end.
Notes/Caveats
Khaos Control will only make one call on the channel for any one order, so if changes are made to channel orders these will need to be delted from the system and reimported.
