Client Query - Orders not Importing from Channel
Question/Problem
Some orders are not importing from my channel.
Resolution/Solution
Although there could be a number of reasons for this, the most common have been detailed below and assumes your channel is authenticated correctly. Please follow the initial steps below to diagnose the issue.
- Go to the channel with the failures.
- Select the Imported Orders tab and switch off the date filter.
- If there are orders present that have a status of Failed please use the error message to diagnose.
- If there are no orders present or all orders have a status of Not Attempted please go to step 3.
- Select the Feedback | Tasks tab.
- If there are lots of errors in the ERROR column please email support@khaoscloud.com.
- Select the Feedback | Notifications tab.
