Client Query - Orders not Importing from Channel

Question/Problem 

Some orders are not importing from my channel.

Resolution/Solution 

Although there could be a number of reasons for this, the most common have been detailed below and assumes your channel is authenticated correctly. Please follow the initial steps below to diagnose the issue.
  1. Go to the channel with the failures.
  2. Select the Imported Orders tab and switch off the date filter.
    1. If there are orders present that have a status of Failed please use the error message to diagnose.
    2. If there are no orders present or all orders have a status of Not Attempted please go to step 3.
  3. Select the Feedback | Tasks tab.
    1. If there are lots of errors in the ERROR column please email support@khaoscloud.com.
  4. Select the Feedback | Notifications tab.
    1. If there are lots of errors in the ERROR column please email support@khaoscloud.com.
