Moving Quotations to the Pending Stage in Sales Invoice Manager
Overview
Once a quotation has been printed in the Quotations - Print stage in the Sales Invoice Manager, you can move it into the next stage which is Pending. Once it is in Pending it will be visible in the Opportunities (Quotes) grid in the CRM. This video explains the process and there are step-by-step instructions below the video.
Steps
- In the Quotations - Print stage in the Sales Invoice Manager
- Select the quotation you want to move to the Pending stage.
- Click on the Actions button
- Select Move Next.
- The quotation will be moved into the Pending stage and will now be visible in the Opportunities (Quotes) grid in the CRM.
