Client Query - Lots of Channel Import Failures - Duplicates
Question/Problem
There are a lot of channel import failures on channel(s), 'skipped - duplicate'. The orders have already imported, but there's a still lengthy list on the dashboard. What can I do?
Resolution/Solution
This error means the data that is being passed down from the channel has already been successfully imported in to KCC. it can occur when the requests, or the data being requested, contain the same date filters so resulting in returning the same orders multiple times. Khaos Control Cloud can automatically detect that these orders have already been created and does not import a copy; instead it reports the occurrence. The messages on your dashboard refers to channel errors within the last rolling 30 days and will stop showing after this period has passed.
