Client Query - How can I view Tracking Numbers for Sales Orders?
Problem
How can I see tracking numbers for a particular sales order.
Solution
You can find tracking information for all invoices via [Reports | Invoice Sales]. Double click the invoice and select Go to Order, then select the CRM tab followed by Sales Order History.
You can now see the tracking numbers for this order, as well as all other orders placed by this customer.
