Client Query - eBay Channel Importing Historical Orders
Question/Problem
eBay channels are importing orders from before the KCC integration.
Resolution/Solution
There is no known solution for this issue although it is a problem eBay are aware of.
eBbay technical documents state that the cache has some known issues where it will update the modified time of orders incorrectly.
To prevent these orders from re-importing KCC keeps a list of the orders that we've already imported.
Notes/Caveats
If old orders are being imported on to your system this is because KCC hasn't seen them before and they are not on the list of orders mentioned above. Please refer to the eBay Technical Document.
