Client Query - Delete Users

Question/Problem 

How do you delete users who no longer need need access to the system?

Resolution/Solution 

They can't be deleted for audit purposes however they can be deactivated.

Steps 

  1. Log in to your admin portal.
  2. Go to Users.
  3. Click the Deactivate button on the row of any user you no longer require.
    1. The user will no longer be able to log in, and you will not be invoiced for this user.
