Client Query - Courier Determined by Stock Items on Sales Order

We sell some products that always need to be shipped by a specific courier, how can I achieve this?
Solution
There is no method of the system being able to auto select a courier based on the products on a sales order. However, it is possible to filter in [Quick Despatch] to only show orders containing specific products or level 2 stock type - this will then enable you to place all of these orders into a single batch to be processed separately from other orders.
