Convert a Sales Order into a Quotation
Overview
The following video explains how to convert a sales order into a quotation, for example if the customer needs to have a quote rather than a sales order. There are step-by-step instructions below the video.
Steps
- Open the sales order.
- Click on the Actions button.
- Select Convert SOrder to Quote.
- Click Yes in the popup to confirm, then select Continue.
