Configuring Purchasing Settings in System Values

Overview  

This video explains how to use System values to control how the purchasing functionality works in the system. There are step by step instructions below the video.

Steps 

  1. Go to [System Setup | System Values | Purchasing].
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Set the options as required.
    1. Use the guide here, System Values - Purchasing Tab, for full details of each option.
    2. Care should be taken as changes here are system wide and will affect all stock items.
  4. Click Save Screen.
