Channel Orders Not Importing (Token Expiry)

Question/Problem 

Channel orders not importing from channel but were importing yesterday.

Resolution/Solution 

Although this could be for a number of reasons, a sudden stop of orders importing suggests an authentication issue. Certain channels only authorise for a set period of time, for example one year or 18 months, and must be reauthenticated after this time.

Steps 

  1. Go to your channel(s) not importing orders,
    1. If the Token Expiry box is not present in the channel specific area of the screen please email support@khaoscloud.com.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Go to the Feedback tab.
    1. If there are errors, proceed to step 4.
    2. If no errors are present please email support@khaoscloud.com.
  4. Go to the Main | Setup tab.
  5. In the channel specific box, if the Token Expiry is empty or dated more than one year ago, you likely need to reauthenticate the channel.
  6. Reauthenticate the channel using the Linking Your Channels section of the relevant guide from here, Channel Integration Guides.
  7. When complete, click Save Channel.
    1. If after 2 hours your orders have not yet imported to KCC please email support@khaoscloud.com.
