BigCommerce Stock Price Synchronisation

In order to enable stock prices in KCC to be sent to your BigCommerce channel, the following process must be carried out: 

  1. Go to [Channels]  and open your BigCommerce channel. 
  2. Click Edit. 
  3. Go to the [Main | Categories | Category Management Tab]. 
  4. Enable the  Keep Stock Item Synchronised  toggle. 
  5. Click Save Channel. 
  6. Repeat steps 1 - 5 for each BigCommerce channel you wish to enable this feature on.
Note: This setting will also push newly created items within KCC to your BigCommerce channel without them needing to be created separately first.
