Activate or Deactivate a Special Offer
Overview
This video shows you how you can either activate to deactivate a Special Offer promotion. This means that you can setup a Special Offer in advance and then activate it when you are ready. A step by step guide can be found below the video.
Steps
- In the Promotions screen, go to Special Offers.
- Enter Edit mode.
- Use the check box in the Active column to toggle special offers as active or inactive.
- Save the screen.
Notes/Caveats
Even if the Special Offer has been marked as active, it will only be applied if the date is within the start and end dates of the Special Offer.
