Use Upsell in Sales Orders

Overview  

This video will show you how to use upsell in sales orders. The items that are shown in the Upsell dialog are items that other customers have bought along with the item that is selected in the grid.

Steps 

Upsell can be used to view items that other customers have bought alongside the item you are selling.
  1. Green-select the item in your Sales Order.
  2. Use the Actions button to select View Upsell Items.
  3. Green-select any of the items shown in the Upsell dialog.
  4. Click on OK to add them to your Sales Order.
