Client Query - PrintNode duplicate print
Question/Problem
When printing documents using the PrintNode integration I get multiple prints of the document
Resolution/Solution
In a Windows multi-tenant environment the PrintNode Client will run for every logged-in user and this can result in duplicate printing. Therefore, in multi-tenant Windows environments, the PrintNode Client should be installed as a Windows Service (this option is set during the installation process). If you have Print Node installed and experience duplicated printing you should uninstall PrintNode and then reinstall it using the Install as Windows Service option.
