Paying For Khaos Control Cloud Training

Training sessions can be delivered to groups of users within your business however, for groups larger than 4 we do insist that one person is nominated as spokesperson. Training time is purchased for the session rather than the number of participants.

Training time can be purchased via the Admin Portal within the system.

You can access your Admin Portal here, Khaos Control Cloud Admin Portal. The following steps assume that you are already in your Admin Portal.

Purchasing Training Time

In order to raise a Training Invoice you must first have payment details stored on the system. Once your payment details have been entered, you don't need to add them for each transaction, just update them if required.

Payment Method

  1. Enter the Payments area of your Admin Portal.
  2. If not already done so click the  Add Payment Details button.
  3. In the popup enter the details of your preferred payment method.
  4. Click the  Add Card  button.

To Purchase Training Time

  1. Enter the Services area of your Admin Portal.
  2. In the Select Product dropdown select Training.
  3. In the Number of Hours field enter the number of hours training you wish to purchase - the minimum is 1.
    1. You will be able to see the price of the training time you are booking in the area below this box.
  4. Click  Create Invoice .
  5. This invoice will be paid using the payment method registered in the Payments screen.
    1. It is not possible to pay for training invoices using pre-purchased credits.

Booking Training Time

Training time can be booked once the Training Invoice has been settled. You can book it in 15 minute blocks. After the training session, the trainer will let you know how much time the training has taken and how much of your paid time you have left.
