Client Query - Imported Order Incorrect Phone Number

The telephone number on the imported order is completely different to the order details within the channel itself. What has gone wrong and how can I fix it?
Solution
If the customer already exists in KCC with a phone number registered against them, the system will use the existing phone number. In order to change the telephone number in KCC:
- Go to the customer record and click Edit.
- Select the Address & Contact tab.
- Update the telephone details for both the address and contact as required.
- Click Save Company.
